Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Pure
  • 1 cup Sun butter or any nut butter you prefer.
  • 1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbs Pumpkin spice

Instructions

  • Into your bowl mix in your wet ingredients. Add in your sun butter or your choice of nut butter, the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and the pumpkin purée.
  • Once all wet ingredients are mixed. add in the rolled oats, chia seeds, pumpkin spice and cranberries.
  • When all ingredients are mixed together. Let the bowl sit in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. In order to stiffen the mixture.
  • Finally, you may roll your mixture into 24 energy balls. Store in fridge or freezer to make them last longer.
