How to enjoy your Monkey Bread

The best way to enjoy your monkey bread is warm. Before serving I would recommend warming them up in the microwave for 10 seconds. As an alternative you may leave them in the oven at warm to insure the best tasting monkey bread you have ver made.

Have a sweet tooth? Top it off with your favorite vegan icecream and some vegan chocolate drizzle for a sundae treat.

Storing your Monkey bread

If there is left overs store in a airtight bag or container. This will help avoid your monkey bread to get steal. It will last for about 3-5 days.

In the freezer you can store in an airtight bag and store for a month. Make sure to warm it up in the microwave or pop it back into the over on warm until warm.

Alternatives

Want to cut down on the sugar? You can skip on the butter and left over cinnamon mixture. That will cut down from calories and unnecessary sugar. It will still taste yummy without the butter.

For your vegan milk I use almond unsweetened milk for less calories.

Disclaimer:

The biscuits used in this recipe is a Pillsbury product. Pillsbury products are not ALL vegan. Three out of their many products are accidentally vegan. However they are not a vegan brand, but going over the ingredients three of their products are not derived from animals. Their label might say “may contain milk derivatives”. This means the products are made in the same facility as non vegan products that do use dairy. This product is filled with sugar, fat and sodium. However it is yummy, but it is up to you if you like to consume this product. Thank you.

Conclusion

This recipe is easier than making it from scratch. It is not the healthy version of Monkey bread, but it is delicious.

It is one of my families favorites and always the first to run out. It is better than a cinnamon roll, cake, or cake pops. This Monkey bread is extra yummy when paired with vegan icecream, your morning coffee, or hot cocoa on a cold night.

How I prefer to make my Monkey Bread

I prefer to make them in muffin form for an easier grab and go. However, in a bundt pan, it is easier for your guest to grab a piece or cut themselves a slice. It is a easy tear apart dessert. Which makes it more addicting to eat.
